RESBIG^® "one"

RESBIGs "one" automatic and patented locking system provides a new dimension of mounting and dismounting, allowing components and loads to be quickly and safely interconnected and coupled.

Our RESBIG "one" product, in combination with your own components to be joined, enables fast, simple and safe fastening. This warrants a secure connection of pin and sleeve with merely one click. The sleeve holder is designed as a quick connection module which - according to DGUV/215 - 313 - under certain circumstances renders further securing devices redundant. Nevertheless, RESBIG technology GmbH recommends using a securing device (e.g. arrestor wire). The connection process is safe for one-hand operation, even in difficult positions, being executed automatically by the system and thus making operating errors impossible. A clamp ring, enabling the components alignment, is included in the standard product. As a spotlight fastening element, our product is designed for the assembly of devices with spotlight pins, according to DIN 15 560, Part 24. Safety requirements are met, according to DGUV/215 - 313(BGI 810 - 3). Ion addition to the DIN pins utilized by default, different product designs and connection elements can be obtained. The system provides visual and acoustical signaling of connection status. Operating errors are excluded by the system.

Alternatively the product is available without C - clamp and can be integrated in an existing clamp system via TV adapter. The system is also available in black matte, avoiding unwanted light effects during productions. Individual client logo is possible.
